		Gorilla Ladders® This return policy only applies to the Gorilla Ladders multi-position ladders and accessories purchased on www.gorillaladders.net. Gorilla Ladders offers a 60-day return policy. If you decide that the Gorilla Ladders product is not for you, please contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization number. Your product will need to be returned in new condition and packaged securely in a box. The customer is responsible for all freight changes back to Gorilla Ladders. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 10-14 working days.
		Gorilla Carts™ This return policy only applies to the carts purchased on www.gorillacarts.net. Gorilla Carts offers a 30-day return policy. If you decide that the Gorilla Carts product is not for you, please contact our customer service department to receive a return authorization number. Your product will need to be returned in new condition and packaged securely in a box. The customer is responsible for all freight changes back to Gorilla Carts. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 10-14 working days.
